Our Teams

We employ around 200 people in a number of different roles around the organisation. Our staff are a caring and supportive team, and they work hard to support vulnerable people across the county.

Our Community Team

Our Community Team work with our clients face to face. They deliver meals, fit community alarms, and run our dementia fun clubs.

Many of our staff work in more than one role. Our community teams love getting to know our clients, caring for them, and supporting their independence.

Our Support Team

Our Support Team make sure everything runs well. They answer calls, look after the finances, and manage our sites and fleet.
